We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days. Bridal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT COLOR VARIES?
Shiza Hassan ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Shiza Hassan do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. Right now we only ship in Pakistan.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
We do not accept returns for online orders.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another product. You must bring the article that needs to be exchanged to the nearest Shiza Hassan store within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt after informing and approval at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I CAN TRACK MY ORDER?
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to TCS website for local order respectively, insert you’re tracking ID and track your order via Call Courier.
WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE DOES NOT FIT?
You can perform a speed exchange of your purchase by going to the nearest store. Please remember to bring the invoice along with you. The exchange should be made in within 7 days of order delivery.
WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED?
We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase
WHY DO I NEED A VERIFICATION CODE SENT TO MY MOBILE?
After you’ve placed an order of your desired product, a code will be sent to the mobile number you provided previously. After submitting this code, your order will have been confirmed. This process only helps us to improve our delivery system.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE THE CODE?
You should have received an SMS with your code by now. If it isn’t there, you may hit resend again. If you still didn’t receive the code, you may have provided with the wrong number. If that is the case, kindly double check your number on the checkout page, and if you’re sure your number is correct you will receive a call from us.
WILL MY ORDER BE PLACED IF I DON’T SEND THE CODE?
Yes, your order has been placed; this process just helps us to provide better customer service. We highly recommend that you submit the code for a faster delivery.
